My model was my friend, Mel. At first I had trouble in drawing her face because it a little bit masculine, so I had to find a way to show her face without it look masculine. After doing many tries it did come perfectly. After doing that experiment I then had to recreate her into a fantasy creature by using the visual notes that I collected from observing her. I decided that I would recreate Mel into a Dryad (tree spirit) and demon because they are her favourite fantasy creatures.
With this task I found it interesting to recreate something from visual notes and I would like to do this again in the future.
