This week we had to draw everyday objects. This was to get the sense of shape from the objects.
Bike basket, Material: pencil
Chair, Material: Pro markers
Dried flowers, Material: pencil
Dried flowers, Pencil, Materials: brush pen and fine liner
Clockwork piece, Material: Brush pen
Clockwork piece two, Material: Brush pen
Lamp, Material: Brush pen
Lamp Sigil, Material: Brush pen
Headphones, Material: Fine liner
Take away coffee, Material: Pro marker
Dried Mushroom, Material: Brush pen
Bin, Material: Fine liner
With these drawings I wish that I could improve them such as adding depth to the image such as the mushroom because it feels 2d when I want to make it 3D. To improve this work I will work with a material that are more ideal for making 3D drawings such as a fine liner which isn't waterproof so can get a wash of black that can darken with a simple layering on top of the wash. Also use a water brush pen when using a fine liner. With the pro Marker I was happy with the outcome because it showed the different shades but I think next time I will use it more lightly so start with the lightest to the darkest by again simply layering up. with the ink brush pen it worked well when I want to create simply outlines of the objects but I think next time when using it, use it as a shading material, not a outlining tool. The final material that I used was a pencil, I think when it comes to using pencil uses the right ones for shading and I should take my time with it.
The notes on the drawing are good when it comes to trying to remember the object, I think uses in future drawings.
